Rob Foster is an experienced technology manager currently serving as Manager - MAC and Mobility Systems Engineer at Eli Lilly and Company since January 2023. With over 19 years at FORUM Credit Union, Rob holds the title of Manager of Technology Support, overseeing a technical team that delivers first-level software and hardware support, while also providing second-level technical assistance for escalated issues. Previous roles at FORUM include Systems Analyst, where Rob managed the maintenance of the Fiserv Datasafe core system and generated reports, as well as Indirect Lending Specialist/Underwriter, where Rob streamlined loan processing and underwriting operations. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Business College. Rob has also pursued training through Trailhead by Salesforce.
