Manager: Customer Service at Fortunoff

Maria Smith is an experienced manager with a strong background in customer service and retail operations. Currently serving as the Customer Service Manager at Fortunoff since February 2001, Maria oversees a call center team of 64 members, focusing on customer inquiry resolution, payroll administration, and employee management. Previous experience includes serving as Store Manager at Christopher Radko, where Maria successfully led a team of over 20 staff, and as Marketing Manager at The Limited Edition, managing product lines and inventory for holiday merchandise. Maria holds an AAS degree in Accounting from Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York (CUNY).
