Caroline Bor has extensive experience in the travel industry, specifically in roles related to contract management and business development. Caroline currently works as a Key Account Manager at Smartbox Group. Prior to their current role, they worked at fortuite as a Hotels Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for developing contracting strategies, analyzing supplier proposals, and ensuring successful sourcing execution. Before that, they worked at Cox & Kings as a Contracts Manager for France and Benelux. Caroline also has experience at Hotelbeds Group, JacTravel, GTA, Kuoni, JTB, and Miki Travel in various contract management and purchasing roles. Caroline is a skilled negotiator with a proven track record in complex negotiations and maintaining positive business relationships.

Caroline Bor has a Master of Science degree in Tourism and Travel Services Marketing Operations from the University of Surrey. Caroline completed this degree from 1991 to 1992. Prior to that, they obtained a Licence LEA Anglais/Allemand with Distinction from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) from 1990 to 1991. Their field of study in this program was Foreign languages applied to economics.
