Erin Fox has been working in administrative positions since 2016, when they started as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Redwitz, Inc. In this role, Erin was responsible for a variety of tasks including drafting client and partner correspondences, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars. Erin was also responsible for assisting with the merger and acquisition of various companies, and training new employees.

In May 2019, Erin left Redwitz, Inc. to take on the role of Chief Administrative Officer at Fortress. In their current role, Erin is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the company, and working with the CEO to ensure the efficient operation of the company. Erin is also responsible for marketing functions, working with IT vendors, and managing the facilities for all three offices.

Erin Fox holds a teaching credential from San Diego State University-California State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the same school. Erin is certified by San Diego State University in Teaching License, Various Types.

Erin Fox reports to Robert J. Burnham, CEO. Erin Fox works with Jerry Geissler - Director of Product Development & Testing, Jim Marsh - Director of Environmental and Watershed Science, and Mike Schnarr - Director, Supply Chain Operations.
