John Wall has extensive work experience as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). John is currently working at FortressFire as the CTO and Co-Founder since April 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Technology Officer at YourMechanic from June 2019 to March 2021. John also served as CTO/CIO at Element Fleet Management from June 2015 to October 2018. Before that, they worked as the CTO at Symcor from June 2005 to June 2015. Additionally, they held the position of CTO at Washington Publishing Company from July 2003 to June 2005, and at MedUnite from 2000 to 2003. John'searliest CTO role was at Healthaxis from 1995 to 2000. Throughout their career, they have played a crucial role in managing standards, research and development, technology direction, and actively contributing to sales.

John Wall studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Purdue University from 1984 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) degree. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in "Contact Center AI: Conversational Design Fundamentals" from Coursera in December 2020 and "Machine Learning for Business Professionals" from Coursera in September 2020.
