Steven Benn is a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Fortress Solutions. Prior to this, Steven worked as an Instructor at Myriddian, LLC, where Steven provided foundational training for Network Operations Center technicians. Steven has also served as a Lead Network Consultant (Tier 2) at Verizon and has a background in the United States Marine Corps as a Telecommunications specialist and Infantry anti-tank assaultman. Steven holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Educational/Instructional Technology.
