William Durham currently serves as the VP of Customer Success at Fortress OS, a position held since April 2021, and has previously worked in various roles including Sales Engineer and Director of Client Services. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Technology and Software Specialist at Elmington from February 2016 to April 2021, and Associate of Pursuit and Transitions at Cortland Partners from October 2014 to February 2016. Additional roles include Building Manager at Southern Management, Community Manager at Aimco, and Front Desk Manager at Hampton Inn and Suites. Education includes an honors degree from McGavock High School and attended Middle Tennessee State University for business studies.
