Caitlin has worked at companies such as Fortress Information Security, Truesec, Florida Realtors, and Toys"R"Us, taking on responsibilities that include troubleshooting technical issues, managing client services, and providing subject matter expertise on various technology platforms. Caitlin also has internship experience with the Department of the Navy and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University.
