Sam Osman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Arsenal Capital Partners Portfolio Company since June 2024 and as President of Enabling Services at Fortrea since May 2023, Sam has been instrumental in the successful spin-out and IPO of Fortrea from LabCorp. Previous leadership roles include board positions at Cumulus Neuroscience, CREO, Inc., Science and Medicine Group, and LabConnect, as well as venture partnerships with SV Health Investors. Notable achievements include leading Cenduit as CEO and facilitating its sale to IQVIA and developing the connected devices business at Quintiles. Sam holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and has completed executive education at The Wharton School.
