Brenda is Vice President of Customer Engagement at Fortra. This performance-driven leader joined the company in 2021 with more than 24 years of experience helping customers derive value from SaaS, hybrid cloud, and on-premise platforms. In her role, she provides cross-functional teams with the skills, knowledge, tools, and motivation needed to create a positive business outcome for each customer.
Brenda joined Fortra after more than two decades at Spok, where she rose in the ranks to become the Managing Director of Customer Results. During her tenure, she honed her expertise in consulting and delivering measurable results for hospitals and health systems through the power of trusted relationships and team building. Brenda holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
