Victoria Merryweather is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Head of Employee Communication, Engagement and Inclusion at Fortnum & Mason since November 2017. Previously, Victoria held the position of Internal Communications Manager at Gazprom Marketing & Trading from October 2014 to November 2017, where responsibilities included managing internal communications strategy, engaging employees, and overseeing various communication channels. Earlier roles at Gazprom included Senior Internal Communications Adviser and Internal Communications Advisor, with a start as a PR Administrator. Victoria holds a Master of Science in Corporate Communications from Leeds Beckett University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Bournemouth University.
