Matthew Frank has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 with MRINetwork, where they specialized in assisting mid to senior level Banking Executives with finding new opportunities and helping banks in identifying and retaining key talent. Matthew then worked as a Senior Account Executive at iGuiders, a start-up technology company, where they developed and managed a direct sales pipeline and generated recurring revenue streams. After that, they worked as a Managing Director at Archer Executive Search Group, focusing on commercial banking and related financial positions. Currently, Matthew is the Director of Business Development at Fortney & Weygandt, Inc., a full-service national account general contractor specializing in commercial, senior living, lodging, retail, restaurant, healthcare, and institutional projects.

Matthew Frank attended The College of Wooster from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained their BA degree. In 2000, they also briefly attended the University of Aberdeen, but did not complete a degree or field of study at that institution.
