Steven Piperno currently serves as the Director of People Analytics & Data Governance at Fortive since December 2023, focusing on leveraging people data insights for strategic decision-making. Prior to this role, Steven was the Head of Global Workforce Analytics at FIS from January 2017 to November 2023, where Steven pioneered the global workforce analytics function, leading a team to implement data-driven solutions that enhanced talent acquisition and employee experience across an organization of 80,000. Steven's earlier experience includes significant roles at SunGard, Computershare, and Prudential, where key achievements included overseeing global equity compensation plans, increasing revenue through equity plan administration services, and managing high-profile client relationships. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications and Pre-Law from Montclair State University.
