Briana Flynn, PhD, PCC, currently serves as Senior Manager of Leadership Development and Learning Programs at Fortive, focusing on capability and skill development for senior leadership and high-potential talent. With extensive coaching experience, Briana has over 2,000 hours as a Professional Certified Coach at the International Coaching Federation. Previously, as Senior Director of Global Talent Management at Swinerton, Briana led a talent team and implemented talent management initiatives across multiple business units. Briana founded REBEL TALENT, specializing in leadership development and executive coaching, and held various talent management roles at John Deere, where significant accomplishments included designing a coaching certification process. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Organizational Leadership and IO Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University and additional degrees from Yale University, Western Illinois University, and Monmouth College.
