Jennifer Courtney-Trice currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Fortis Fire & Safety, a company dedicated to becoming the premier provider of fire services through strategic acquisitions and a people-focused approach. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the VP of Human Resources at BestCo, a leading manufacturer of consumer healthcare products, and held the same title at The Steritech Group, Inc., a leader in food safety and pest prevention. Jennifer's career began at Kimberly-Clark, where various roles, including Human Resources Consultant and Operations Team Leader, provided a solid foundation in HR practices and operations management. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a focus on Broadfield Science from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
