Christopher DiCesare possesses a diverse background in the hospitality and administrative sectors. Currently serving as a Server at Fortina since August 2018, Christopher operates under the guidance of Food Network star Christian Petroni, demonstrating expertise in hospitality and food and drink pairings. Prior experience includes a role as Shift Manager at The Port Restaurant, where responsibilities involved employee scheduling, inventory management, and customer relations, as well as ensuring overall satisfaction. Earlier, Christopher worked as an Administrative Assistant at A. DiCesare Associates, handling payroll allocation, expense reporting, and project support.
