Sarah Martin is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in organizational development and people operations. Currently serving as the People Partnering and Operations Director at Ibstock Plc, Sarah previously held various HR leadership roles, including HR Business Lead for the Concrete Division at Ibstock Plc and HR Business Partner at St. Modwen Properties PLC.
