Brian Hopkins is currently a FTSC/EXPORT Customer Solutions Specialist at Fortessa Tableware Solutions®, LLC, focusing on Fortessa of Canada as well as export orders. Prior to this role, Brian worked as an Order Entry Associate at Navy Federal Credit Union and held the title of Member Service Representative III. Brian also has experience as a Customer Service Representative at White Properties of Winchester, Inc. and Books A Million, where Brian worked as a Customer Service Specialist/Cafe Management. Brian holds a degree in Web Design and Development with a focus on Web and Graphic Design from Laurel Ridge Community College.
