Veera Raya is a highly experienced electrical engineer with a diverse background in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Fortescue Metals Group since October 2021, previous positions include Electrical and Instrumentation Project Engineer at Primero Group, and Senior Application Engineer at 3M. Notable experience also includes roles at Midwest Vanadium Pty Ltd, Arrium Mining and Materials, and OneSteel, focusing on project controlling, design reviews, commissioning of electrical and control systems, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment. Veera Raya holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from RVR & JC College of Engineering.
