Tom L. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. In 2010, they started as a Management-Trainee at C. ILLIES & CO. HANDELSGESELLSCHAFT MBH and later transitioned to a Sales Manager role. In 2014, they became the Manager Regional Office Guangzhou at C. ILLIES Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Tom then moved to C. ILLIES & CO. HANDELSGESELLSCHAFT MBH in 2017 as a Senior Sales Manager. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the General Manager at ILLIES ENGINEERING (TAIPEI) LTD. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Fortescue as a Senior Contracts & Procurement Specialist and later became the Lead Contracts Procurement & Supply Chain for the Infinity Train Program.

Tom L. attended HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In addition, they also attended IHK Hamburg from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued a Management Assistant in Foreign Trade / Kaufmann für Außenhandel degree.
