Shane Hayward serves as a Project Manager for Operational Projects at Fortescue Metals Group since October 2022. Previously, Shane held multiple roles at Datatel Electrical & Communications from January 2006 to October 2022, including Project Manager, Operations Manager for Western Australia, Operations Manager for Commercial WA, and Service Manager. Before this, Shane served as a Corporal in the Australian Army from 1999 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Certificate 4 in Workplace Testing and Assessment from the Australian Army and a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Upskilled, in addition to completing studies at Mater Dei College in Perth.
