Eman Susilo has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. They began their career as a Senior Systems Engineer at Computer Sciences Corporation, where they quickly progressed from a Desktop Support engineer to a Network Administrator. During this time, they managed a wide range of servers, including Lotus Notes, MS SQL 7, NT 4 Terminal Servers, Backup Exec Servers, and Symantec Corporate Antivirus Server.

In 2010, Eman joined Bank West Australia as a DevOps Engineer. In this role, they facilitated developers in moving their code from source control to production, supported the development of application and system models, and ensured infrastructure and deployment standards were met. They also managed various tools and processes, such as Team City, stash/git repositories, Openstack heat templates, chocolatey packages, and Octopus Deploy deployment processes.

In 2020, Eman joined RAC WA as a Senior DevOps Engineer, where they focused on guiding and implementing automation initiatives in software development, operations, and services. They aimed to improve communication, collaboration, and integration between developers and IT operations staff, ultimately delivering meaningful member value.

In 2021, Eman worked at NEC Corporation as a DevOps Engineer, where they successfully completed a transformation project with the client Health Support Services (HSS). They provided the QRM team in HSS with the capability to quickly stand up application systems through a web portal, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual intervention.

Most recently, starting in October 2022, Eman is a Site Reliability Engineer Lead at Fortescue, where they hold a leadership role in ensuring the reliability and performance of the company's systems and applications.
