Delon Enrilsen Lim is an accomplished civil and structural engineer with extensive experience in the engineering sector. Currently serving as Substation Lead Civil Structural Engineer at Fortescue since October 2024, Delon previously held various positions at Clough from May 2017 to October 2024, including Chief Civil/Structural Engineer and Principal Civil & Structural Engineer. Prior roles include Senior Civil Structural Engineer at Clough, Senior Structural Engineer & Client Relationship Manager at Cardno Buckland, and Civil & Structural Design Engineer at CH2M HILL Singapore. Delon began the professional career as a Civil & Structural Engineer at JS Tan & Associates and has a strong academic background with a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Universitas Trisakti.
