Andrew Skennerton is a seasoned delivery manager with extensive experience in project management and strategic planning within the mining and resources sector. Currently serving as Delivery Manager at Fortescue since February 2021, Andrew has held various leadership positions including Commissioning Lead at BHP, Project Manager at Tianqi Lithium for the Lithium Hydroxide Process Plant 2, and Manager - Planning, Studies & Analysis at Karara Mining Ltd. Andrew’s background includes significant roles at Atlas Iron Limited, BHP Billiton, and GRD Minproc, where Andrew managed multimillion-dollar projects and portfolios. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Hons) and a Graduate Certificate in Process Engineering from CQUniversity, along with further studies at Deakin University and the University of Southern Queensland.
