Danielle Getsy, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the People and Talent Manager at Forterra since January 2023, having previously held roles such as Senior People Partner, People Operations Partner, and Total Rewards Lead within the company. Prior to Forterra, Danielle worked at TRANSIT EMPLOYEES FEDERAL CREDIT UNION from June 2019 to January 2023, contributing as a Human Resources Generalist and HR Specialist. Earlier experience includes a role as a Recruiter at Favorite Healthcare Staffing from July 2018 to June 2019. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Kentucky, completed in 2018.
