Jacob Childers has cultivated a diverse background in conservation and management, currently serving as a Conservation Associate at Forterra since September 2021. Prior experience includes a role as an AmeriCorps Stewardship Associate with the Washington Conservation Corps and work as a wetland restoration crew member. Educationally, Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth Space Science from the University of Washington, coupled with foundational studies at the Community Colleges of Spokane. Additional roles span various industries, including laboratory assistance at the University of Washington, customer service management at Eddie Bauer, and a brief internship with Eastern Washington Voters.
