Shady Kala has a solid background in the field of IT, with various roles and experiences. Shady began their career as a Helpdesk Agent at Strauss Group in July 2014 and worked there until July 2016. Following that, they joined Team - Malam Team as an IT Global Helpdesk from July 2016 to June 2019. Shady then progressed to become an IT Manager at Experitest, where they served from June 2019 to September 2021. Shady later moved on to Fireblocks in September 2021, working as an IT Specialist until October 2022. Currently, Shady holds the position of IT Specialist at Forter, where they started in October 2022.
Shady Kala attended Braude Academic College from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in software engineering. The field of study during this period was focused on computer software engineering.
