Omer Ron Peleg started their work experience as a Software Developer at Israel Defense Forces in November 2008. Omer worked in this role until August 2013 when they were promoted to Lead Software Developer. After leaving Israel Defense Forces, they joined Matrix in November 2013 as a Senior Web Developer. In August 2017, they became a Team Leader at Matrix, and in September 2020, they transitioned to the role of Technical Product Manager. In August 2020, Omer joined an unnamed company as an iOS App Developer and worked there until May 2021. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer at Forter, starting in October 2021.

Omer Ron Peleg completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Reichman University, completing their studies from 2013 to 2016.
