Nikola Vajda is an accomplished business leader with extensive domestic and global experience, currently serving as Operating Partner at ¹ó´Ç°ù³Ùé°¿²Ô±ð since March 2022 and as President and CEO of Global Consulting since July 2020. With expertise in operations improvement, product development, strategic planning, financial management, and more, Nikola has held notable positions including Interim CEO at NOVATION Industries, COO at COZZINIPRIMEdge, and President/CEO of Marlen International, where full P&L accountability for innovative food processing equipment was maintained. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Member for the American Meat Institute and acting as a Rowing Official at the 2012 London Olympic Games. Nikola holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Belgrade.
