Ledra Slavik has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting at MetLife in 1999, Ledra worked as an Accounting Supervisor, supervising database administrators and financial analysts. Ledra was responsible for evaluating, coaching, and assisting direct reports and implementing strategies to improve data integrity. In 2005, Ledra joined Jackson National as an Accounting Manager, overseeing daily workflows and leading the hiring and onboarding processes. At Kemper, Ledra held multiple roles, including Assistant Manager of Investment Accounting and Treasury Manager. In these positions, Ledra provided accurate investment accounting services, implemented process improvements, and managed bank fee data. Ledra worked as a Regulatory Reporting Consultant at Macquarie Group before joining Fortegra, where they currently hold the role of Senior Treasury and Financial Analyst. At Fortegra, Ledra has played a key role in implementing new investment accounting vendors and maintaining relationships with investment-related vendors.
Ledra Slavik attended the University of Tampa from 1990 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
