Robert Lepîrdă has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Robert is currently employed at Fortech as a Full Stack Developer since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at F5 IT as a Software Developer from June 2018 to August 2022. Before that, they were a Programmer at HitDM SRL from October 2016 to December 2017. Their earliest role was as a Programmer at TDL Soft Center SRL from August 2014 to July 2015, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining desktop applications using C# Windows Forms and SQL Server, as well as ensuring smooth communication with clients.

Robert Lepîrdă completed their education in a chronological order, starting with their high school diploma in Computer Science from Colegiul Național Pedagogic Constantin Brătescu, Constanța, from 2007 to 2011. Robert then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Universitatea OVIDIUS din Constanța, from 2011 to 2014. Building upon their bachelor's degree, Robert Lepîrdă furthered their education by pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at the same university, Universitatea OVIDIUS din Constanța, from 2014 to 2016.
