Loredana Banu began their work experience in 2014 as a Volunteer at Fundația "Alături de voi". In 2015, they worked as a Junior Microsoft Dynamics AX Developer at Falcon Trading for a year before moving on to Continental in 2016. At Continental, Loredana served as a C++ Software Developer for three years until 2019. Following that, they joined Enea Global Services in 2019 and worked as a C++ Software Developer until 2020. Currently, Loredana is employed at Fortech as a C++ Developer starting from June 2020.

Loredana Banu began their education at Liceul Tehnologic "Vasile Sav" from 2008 to 2012, where they studied Mathematics and Informatics. Loredana then pursued higher education at Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economic Informatics. After that, they continued their studies at the same university from 2015 to 2017, specializing in Informational Systems for Business, although no degree was specified.
