Ionut Bolocan has a work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Ionut started their career in 2008 at AquaSoft, where they worked as a Software Packager. In this role, they created custom install packages for Windows using software like Install Shield/Admin Studio/Orca/Wise. Ionut then moved on to BIESSE SOLUTION SRL in 2012, where they worked as a Java Developer. Here, they developed applications using Java IceFaces, MySQL database, and Apache Tomcat. Ionut also worked on a desktop application using Java Swing and MySQL database, using Servlet for communication between the client and server side. In 2013, they joined SC RO-PLANET SRL as a Software Developer, where they worked until 2017. Finally, in 2017, they joined Fortech as a Java Developer.

Ionut Bolocan completed their high school education at "High School 'Anghel Rugina', Vaslui" from 2002 to 2006, studying mathematics and computer science. Ionut then pursued their bachelor's degree in automatics and computers at the "University 'Gheorghe Asachi' Faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Engineering, Iasi" from 2006 to 2010.
