Ioana Bejan has extensive work experience in the software testing and business analysis field. Ioana began their career in 2005 at SC Burtila & Co Electron MBit SRL, where they worked as a Software Tester & BA. Their responsibilities included designing a user-friendly interface, submitting observations and reporting results, and assisting with automated payments using an online application.

In 2008, Ioana worked as a DB Software Tester at Embarcadero Technologies. Ioana then joined Pentalog in 2009, where they held the role of Software Tester & BA for a WEB application and later became a Senior Software Tester & BA for a SAP solution. Their responsibilities included creating and administering test cases, practicing developer-tester partnership, and analyzing evolutions to avoid conflicts with specifications.

In 2015, Ioana joined Centric IT Solutions Romania as a Senior Software Tester, where they worked on a .NET developed application and analyzed features in compliance with local legislation. Currently, they are working at Fortech since 2017 as a Senior Business Analyst, involved in multiple projects related to finance, networking protocols, and construction. These projects often require calls or interactions with third-party providers and IT devices.

Ioana Bejan has a diverse education history. Ioana completed their postgraduate studies in Textile and Leatherwork at Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași from 2005 to 2006. During this time, they obtained a diploma in "Electronic Modelingā€“from the real ethereal to virtual format" with a focus on fashion design.

In addition, Ioana Bejan pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economic Informatics from 2000 to 2005 at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iași. Their thesis was centered around the "Implementation possibilities of the income informatics applications".

Simultaneously, they also obtained another Bachelor's Degree in Management and Business Administration from the same university. The program they attended, titled "Methods and modern techniques of preparation and formation of the human resource," lasted from 2000 to 2005.

Furthermore, Ioana Bejan added the Scrum Master Certified (CSM) credential to their qualifications in September 2021. Ioana acquired this certification from Scrum Alliance.
