Marco Reyes II, MBA, PMP®, LSSGB, currently serves as a Project Manager at CSG Forte, where leadership of the NSF Recovery Service Solution project resulted in a 200% increase in NSF fees. With a background as a Customer Analyst at CSG Forte, Marco effectively managed revenue generation and customer relationships for 48 tier 1 clients. Prior experience includes roles at Evidence In Motion as an Admissions System Specialist, where project implementation and training were key responsibilities, and as an Admissions Advisor, improving processes through Salesforce analytics. Additional experience spans positions at The Art Institutes and USAA, focusing on enrollment and claims adjustment, respectively. Marco holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
