Noelia Brito has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Noelia started their career as an HR Analyst at American Express in 2011, where they provided consultancy and orientation in HR administrative matters and managed candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. In 2012, they worked as a Work & Travel Experience/Gift Shop Attendant - Cashier at Marriott Hotels & Resorts.
Noelia then joined Accenture in 2013 as an IT Recruiter LATAM, where they were responsible for high-volume sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination. Noelia also identified and communicated improvement opportunities in the recruiting process.
In 2014, they moved to GhidiniRodil, where they held multiple roles. Initially, they worked as a Consultant, conducting interviews and attracting talent for oil & gas companies. Noelia also built and maintained a network of pipeline candidates. Later, they became a Senior Consultant - Shared Services Centers Specialist, leading a team and implementing gamification techniques in assessment centers. Eventually, Noelia became the Head of Human Resources, where they partnered with associate directors and managers to meet business expectations and provided guidance on various HR matters.
From 2021 to 2023, Noelia worked at Media.Monks as an HR Business Partner, collaborating with the team to support HR operations and initiatives.
Most recently, Noelia joined Forte Group in 2023 as a Senior HR Business Partner for LATAM, where they provide strategic HR support and ensures client satisfaction.
Noelia Brito (She/Her) began their education in 2010 at the University of Buenos Aires, where they pursued a Degree in Labor Relations with a specialization in Human Resources. Noelia completed their degree in 2015.
In 2019, Noelia attended the IAE Business School, where they completed a Posgraduate in Human Resources Management. The specific field of study for this program is not provided.
During the same year, they also enrolled at Holos Sánchez Boda y Benerman, where they pursued a degree in Counseling. This program lasted from 2019 to 2022, and their field of study within counseling was focused on providing counseling services.
In addition to their formal education, Noelia obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in September 2021.
