Tea Eskeland has a diverse background in graphic design, with extensive experience dating back to 1999. They started their career as a Graphic Designer at Uniform Strategisk Design AS from 1999 to 2001. Subsequently, they worked as a Graphic Designer at March First in 2001 and then at Art Direction from 2003 to 2009. In 2010, Tea Eskeland joined Nano Design, where they initially worked as a Graphic Designer until 2020. During their time at Nano Design, they also took on the role of Owner, managing a personal and dynamic graphic design agency focused on identity design, print materials, and websites. Most recently, Tea Eskeland has been working as a Senior Digital Designer at Forte Digital since 2020.

Tea Eskeland started their education in 1993 at the University of Oslo (UiO), where they obtained an Examen philosophicum. In 1995, they pursued a Foundation degree in Design and Visual Communications, General at the University of Central England. Tea completed this degree in 1996 and then went on to enroll at the University for the Creative Arts. Here, from 1996-1999, Tea Eskeland obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Graphic Design.
