Øystein Roti's work experience begins in 2001 when they worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at planB Forlag AS until 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they held the position of Head of Sales and Marketing at Findexa Forlag AS, where they were responsible for various activities such as events, sponsorships, magazine, and advertising production. In 2009, they become the General Manager at JollyGood until 2011. Following that, Øystein worked as a Consultant at Supertanker from 2008 to 2009. In 2011, they joined 24SevenOffice as the Head of Marketing, overseeing multiple teams and being responsible for brand, communication, and marketing activities. Øystein held this role until 2017 when they became the CMO with additional responsibilities for growth, product/content marketing, design, and development. In 2019, Øystein was appointed as a Styremedlem at Fullstakk Marketing, and in 2022, they joined Forte Digital as a Senior Business Designer.
Øystein Roti attended Volda University College (HVO) from 2017 to 2018, studying Interaksjonsdesign og brukervennlighet (Interaction Design and Usability), earning 30 studiepoeng (credit points). Additionally, from 1999 to 2001, Øystein attended Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST), focusing on Finance and Administration, although the specific degree obtained is unknown.
