Endre Dingsør Jr has a diverse work experience in the technology and digital consulting industry. Endre is currently working as the COO & advisor at Forte Digital, where they focus on delivering quality software and optimizing delivery flow. Prior to that, they were a Senior Delivery Manager at Making Waves for 7 years, where they successfully managed a digital ecosystem for a retail organization using Agile software delivery and DevOps methods. Endre also worked as a Project Manager at Geodata AS, Tarantell AS, and Cardia AS, where they managed software projects with a strong user-centric focus. In addition, they were a Partner and consultant at Cateno AS, where they established structure for sales and projects. Overall, Endre has extensive experience in project management, software development, and digital product development.

From 2001 to 2003, Endre Dingsør Jr attended The Norwegian School of Information Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In April 2010, they became a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance. Endre also received the Practicing Kanban at Scale certification from Lean Kanban Undervisning in February 2014. Additionally, in December 2014, they earned the ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Lastly, in September 2015, Endre Dingsør Jr obtained the Prince2 foundation certification from APMG-International.
