Sean Lynch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and staffing management. Currently serving as a Sr. Human Resources Analyst at the City of Fort Worth since August 2022, Sean previously held roles as a Sr Recruiter at Randstad USA from March 2019 to August 2022, specializing in Manufacturing and Logistical staffing. Prior to that, Sean managed multiple stores for Highland Ventures, LTD from November 2007 to February 2019, overseeing staffing, payroll, and customer service operations. Sean's career began at Hollywood Video, where management skills were honed from February 2004 to September 2007. Educationally, Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington, obtained in 2004.
