Kevin Hockaday, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in talent sourcing and banking management. Prior to this role, Kevin held positions as a Human Resources Business Partner and an AVP Banking Center Manager at First Merchants Corporation, where responsibilities included developing sales strategies and client relationship management. Kevin's earlier roles at First Financial Bank and STAR Financial Bank involved managing teams, achieving sales goals, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
