Alex Subler is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in management and technical roles. At Fort Wayne Metals since January 2012, Alex has served as Strategic Business Unit Manager and Technical Center Manager, overseeing a team focused on designing and upgrading manufacturing equipment. Previous positions include Engineering Manager, where supervision of machine designers and automation engineers occurred, and Mechanical Engineer, tasked with designing machinery for medical wire and cable production. Prior to Fort Wayne Metals, Alex worked as Assistant Plant Manager/Quality Coordinator at Berne Ready Mix, enhancing quality control for pre-cast concrete operations, and as Product Development Engineer at Micromatic LLC, specializing in automotive assembly machinery design. Alex holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Indiana Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
