Pete Smith has extensive experience in maintenance and operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Maintenance & Operations for Fort Wayne Community Schools since January 2015. In this role, Pete oversees staff responsible for servicing and repairing the District's facilities to ensure a high-quality learning environment. Prior to this position, Pete worked at Current Mechanical from September 1993 to January 2015, where roles included Vice President Service, Operations Manager, Service Manager, and System Specialist. Responsibilities encompassed managing the Service Group, overseeing financial performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and installing Building Automation Systems.
