Emily Kumfer, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in various roles within the fields of development, human resources, and coaching. Currently serving as the Softball Assistant Coach at South Side High School in Fort Wayne, IN, since January 2022, Emily also holds the position of Director of Development at Sky Point Social Services, where responsibilities include creating marketing materials, overseeing organizational culture, and managing HR functions. Previous experience includes serving as a Program Manager at Sky Point Social Services and interning in wealth management and case coordination. Emily earned a degree from the Indiana Institute of Technology between 2016 and 2020.
