Amy Huerta has extensive work experience in customer success and project management roles.
In 1994, they started their career at Transamerica as a Senior Project Manager, where they worked until 2001.
From 2008 to 2010, Amy worked as a Sales Associate at Restoration Hardware.
In 2010, they joined Touchstone Marketing Group as a Project Manager and worked there until 2012.
Amy then joined InMoment, a customer feedback software management company, in 2012 as a Customer Success Manager. Amy stayed with InMoment until 2020.
From 2020 to 2022, Amy worked at Seegrid as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for building long-lasting customer relationships and guiding customers in achieving their business goals.
Currently, Amy is working as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at FORT Robotics, starting in September 2022.
Throughout their career, Amy has been known for their results-driven approach and ability to partner with clients to create successful strategic plans focused on user adoption and maximizing systems utilization.
Amy Huerta attended Texas A&M University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
