Gautier Dreyfus began their work experience in 2010 as a Cadet Officer of the Watch for Marine Nationale. In 2013, they worked as an Analyst Intern for Schlumberger Business Consulting. Then, in 2015, they joined Perenco as a Field Engineer. Finally, in 2016, Gautier co-founded Forssea Robotics and became the CEO.
Gautier Dreyfus has a diverse education history. Gautier started their academic journey in 2008 at Lycée Sainte-Geneviève, where they studied PCSI - PC* as part of the Classe préparatoires aux grandes écoles program. After completing this program in 2010, they enrolled at École Polytechnique and obtained a Diplôme d'Ingénieur (eq. MSc) in Mechanical Engineering in 2013.
In the same year, Gautier pursued further studies in the field of Energy Economics & Management at IFP School, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree. Gautier also attended Texas A&M University during this time, focusing on Petroleum Engineering and obtaining a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in 2014.
Additionally, Gautier Dreyfus has obtained certifications in diving. In 2015, they became a PADI Divemaster & CMAS*** diver, allowing him to dive autonomously to a depth of 60 meters.
