Amanda Barry is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in military workplace climate analysis and methodological research practices. Currently serving as Senior Director for Military Workplace Climate Research at Fors Marsh since November 2016, Amanda manages a diverse team of 27 employees focusing on critical issues such as gender discrimination and harassment in military settings. Previous roles include Research Manager and Senior Researcher within the same organization, where Amanda led projects for the Department of Defense on sensitive topics. Prior to Fors Marsh, Amanda held significant positions at Nielsen and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, demonstrating expertise in behavioral methods and usability research. Amanda's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Survey Research and Methodology and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College.
