Alex Kogan has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1995. Alex began their career as an Electronic Technician at Lucent Technology, followed by a role as a QA Team Leader at RAD Data Communications in 1999. In 2005, they became the QA Group Manager at Nokia Siemens Networks, where they were responsible for managing four teams of approximately 30 people, setting QA policy, QA procedures and testing procedures, and measuring products' quality and workers' performance. In 2008, they joined AVT as a Professional Services Manager and QA Manager and R&D Product Line Manager. Here, they were in charge of highly regulated projects from the proposal stage through to delivery and provided on-site and off-site professional services to customers. In 2018, they took on the role of Director QA at Telco Systems, where they managed a team of 25 engineers, developed a company-wide Quality Assurance vision, and worked to help develop a quality-centric engineering culture. Most recently, in 2020, they joined OSR R&D Israel LTD as System Integration & Validation Group Manager, where they had full responsibility for planning and coordinating test strategy & effort of an agile product team, and handled multiple concurrent initiatives while performing test activities & providing training and mentorship to other QA engineers on the team. Currently, Alex Kogan is the Head Of Quality Assurance at Fornova.

Alex Kogan received an MA from Azerbaijan Technological University from 1989 to 1993.
