Tommy Riggs is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources for Forney Independent School District since July 2014, after previously holding the position of Director of Human Resources in the same district since July 2010. Tommy also served as Principal at Forney Middle School from August 2000 to June 2005. Tommy holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Education from Texas A&M University.
