Shelbie Prado currently serves as the Career & Tech Ed Coordinator for Forney Independent School District, focusing on aligning Career and Technical Education programs with industry requirements and recruiting industry professionals as CTE teachers. Previously, Shelbie held various roles at Community Independent School District, including Associate Principal and Instructional Coach, where responsibilities included assisting in school administration and evaluating staff. Shelbie also has experience as the History Department Lead and Secondary History Teacher at Forney ISD and worked in admissions at Dallas Christian College, managing recruitment efforts and operational initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Secondary School Administration from the University of North Texas and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Lamar University, along with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University.
